青年人口實際上的活動可以區分為(1)受雇；(2)失業；(3)怯志及(4)就學。本調查研究目的一方面在於了解臺中市15 歲以上29 歲青年就業需求現況，以作為研擬協助青年就業計畫參考，運用網絡資源，促進就業服務措施；二方面在於瞭解事業單位僱用青年勞動需求，以做為臺中市促進事業單位僱用並提升青年勞動人力資本之政策考量與建議。
【Abstract】：
The youth activities can be classified as: (1) been employed; (2) Unemployed; (3) Discouraged; and (4) School enrolled. This survey study aim at two purposes: one is to understand the needs of job and the working status of the youth, aged 15 to 29¸ as the guidance of policies making for helping youth to find jobs, and helping businesses match youth employees. The other purpose is to realize the needs of businesses to employ the youth worker, then based upon this realization, draw the guidance for making promoting policies to encourage enterprises to recruit the youth and to accumulate the human capital of the youth. |
